DEVICE FOR THERMAL CUTTING OF SHEETS

Our company currently has 3 portals for the thermal cutting of sheets, the thickness of which ranges from 0.5 to 300 mm.

• Within the range of 0.5 to 80 mm, we can also offer the plasma burning service based on the Contour Cut and Contour Cut Speed technologies, which enable us to achieve very high quality and very precise components through a special combination of the cutting parameters.
  
• In the range of 3 to 30 mm we also have the possibility to offer the plasma burning services, with a 3D head enabling us to bevel the sheets for ready use.
  
• The devices have built-in centre punches for permanent marking of the manufactured items
• The working tables of the devices measure 3 500 x 39 000 mm and 3 500 x 12 000 mm
  
• The size of the burnt components is limited only by the loading capacity of the overhead cranes (about 23.0 t )and the size of the working table or the size of the sheet
  
• The burning is done pursuant to EN ISO 9013 according to the imported drawings in dxf, dwg or pdf converted into converted into such formats.
  
• The equipment is approved for the performance of constructions in classes EXC1 to EXC4 in accordance with EN 1090.
